Free Returns for Eligible Items

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. You will never be charged restocking fees or administrative handling fees.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To keep the process smooth and quick, simply email us with your order number along with relevant photos or videos, and our team will assist you promptly.

Eligibility Criteria for Free Returns

To qualify for a prepaid return label and a full refund, your item must satisfy all three of the following conditions:

Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
Original Packaging: It must remain in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
Quality Issue: The return reason must be a verified quality issue, such as a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or functional malfunction that impedes normal use.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor surface scratches, worn-off prints, or cosmetic dents from routine use)
Personal preferences regarding color, size, or appearance
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental drops

We will review your submission and reply within 1 business day. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label along with detailed return instructions.
